In a large bowl, combine your favorite nuts, seeds, sprouts, dry berries, coconut and whatever else you like! Total all ingredients to roughly 3-4 cups. Purely Simple Raw's favorites include cold pressed oat groats, sprouted buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, raisins, flax seeds, chia, almonds and walnuts.
Pour 1/4 cup Grade B maple syrup, raw honey or coconut nectar over the mix, and then add 1/4 cup coconut crystals and 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. Place mixture flat onto a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 115 until dry. Store in a glass airtight jar in your pantry.
